That's some fine art.

This is a lot of fun to look at. The colors are all very vibrant and compliment each other well. I love how you decided to do an even more complicated background but toned down the colors to create depth instead of confusion. The varying line weights are perfect in the main object.

Like I said, this was a lot of fun to look at and I really enjoy your style with this one.

I think a more dynamic background could really help this picture.

Just some hills and a few trees maybe.

purefey responds:

thanks for the review! Since I only owed sketches though I decided not to get too fancy with the background. :P

You always draw the best little ornaments and aesthetic thingys.

jouste responds:

thanks man!

i find that localising the details along with leaving some areas blank help the image breath more. thanks for the ten dude!

As always, you've made something amazing that graces the art portal. The light source makes this picture so epic.

Have you ever thought about recording your process and speeding it up to make a time lapse video? It would be very interesting to watch you work.

AlvinHew responds:

Yeah I've had a lot of requests for that. I'd love to do it, I just need to decide exactly how I want to go about doing it.

Thanks for the review.

Hot damn!

Wow, this is incredible. The painting is perfect, and the colors are great.

The contrasting building styles and concepts are all very interesting to look at as well is the air ships.

Also, the circling clouds are a nice touch. Please submit more work here :D

Drawing futuristic armor is something that I've recently gotten into and I have to say that this is really well done and fun to look at.

I really like how the main parts of the armor (chest, thighs, and shins) are all really smooth and simple and not cluttered with ornamentation while you get much more complicated in high motion areas. It makes this feel very practical.

I'd love to see this drawn with a more dynamic pose and maybe some color. Keep it up.

Thanks for the review. I always like to to design stuff that is practical. I love the gatling girl btw, its an awesome art piece as well.

Although I don't much care for Naruto. This is a pretty amazing drawing you've got here. The fact that this is vector is amazing enough.

Is this just illustrator?

Whoa..

At first, I wasn't impressed because I thought this was a photograph. This is some incredible work you have here. The detail that you have clearly took some time. All the colors and the reflective light are all perfect and really make this feel real.

Great work, amazing craftsmanship.

Bit-Master responds:

Thank you very much.

I love how you draw noses.

Also this reminds me a little bit of the Wind Waker art style.

purefey responds:

You'd like my first submission, then. It's a Windwaker Link I did last year!

Hah, very clever. I think what would really help this is adding the text to the image some how. So you don't have to rely on scrolling down and then looking back up.

It's pronounced Kar (as in those things you drive) - Mel (as in that guy who doesn't like Jews.) I made a new account for the art portal... (I have no problems with Jews.)
